Returns, Refunds, Exchanges


Returns 
Artie & Dot wants each of our customers to be satisfied with his/her purchase.  As such, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of sale-able merchandise in its original condition within thirty (30) days of purchase date, accompanied by an original receipt. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns accompanied by the original receipt will be credited to original form of payment.

Sale-able merchandise in its original condition not accompanied by a receipt will be accepted and a merchandise credit which will be issued for the lowest price. If your cash return is greater than $200.00, a company issued check* will be mailed to you.  Monogrammed, altered merchandise and special order clothing will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If the item (s) are deemed defective, please correspond via the following along with the original recipe:

Manufacturer Defect Warranty
Artie & Dot may replace or refund merchandise with a legitimate manufacturer defect.  Should there be any defects with your purchased product, the customer must advise Artie & Dot in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery of said defect.

Price adjustments will be made within 10 days of original purchase date with original receipt present. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sales of sample sale merchandise are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

*Applies to Canada customers only; in the United States, credit/debit card reimbursement will be issued.

* We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
